Sticking to a projects time plan and budget is important to me. Clear and fast communication, quick email responses and well-planned work steps are part of my work routine. This has been highly appreciated by my clients over the years, including, among others, Klett, Bergmoser&Höller, Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V, Persen, Dr. Josef Raabe Verlag and various private customers.

I work with both traditional and digital media using different styles depending on what the current project requires ranging from graphite and coloured pencils, ink, acrylic and aquarelle paint to digital artwork like vector graphics, digital painting and small animations.

Next to drawing and painting, I also like to work with natural resources like feathers, gemstones, glass and wood to create small trinkets and sculptures. The latter I often make with polymer clay that allows the creation of intricate small figurines that I paint with acrylics; you can also find me designing and cutting suncatchers from different types of paper, often enhanced with small glass beads and wire.

I am always interested in new exciting projects and collaborations, may it be for a publisher, company or private person. I am open to all artistic challenges that come my way.

So if you think that my work and skill set suit your project, feel free to get in touch!

Best regards,

Bernadette

My love for nature, plants, fluffy and non-fluffy creatures has inspired me in many ways, which you will see in several of my artworks. I am currently living in Sweden, where nature is just as beautiful and inspiring.

I have been drawing since the first time I could hold a pen. After studying Game Art & Animation, I became a freelancer in 2010. Since then, I have worked on a variety of projects, i.e. apps, logos, posters, business cards, wedding invitations, tattoo designs, miniature painting, as well as schoolbook illustrations and children’s books.

My name is Bernadette Floer and I am a freelance Illustrator born and raised in Germany. Growing up in the countryside fueled my creativity.
